How do I measure my existing kitchen doors for replacements?

Can I order doors in non-standard or custom sizes?

All our doors are bespoke, made to measure, so if every door in your kitchen is a different size, that’s fine with us. Just be sure to accurately measure each door, in millimetres, and follow our guides for more help on how.

What styles, finishes, and colours do you offer?

Can I get samples before placing a full order?

We don’t currently offer samples. Your best option, if you are unsure of your final choice, would be to order one door first and look at it in your kitchen. Yes, you would pay delivery on this item, but it would give you peace of mind on your choice. You can then order the remainder of your items.

What is the lead time for order production and delivery?

Most items are dispatched in 10-14 days from order, and will be delivered within 1-2 days of dispatch. We will keep you informed at every stage. And items may arrive in more than one delivery.

Do I need to replace the entire cabinet or just the doors?

The beauty of what we provide is that there is no need to replace your whole kitchen. If your cabinets and carcasses are in good condition, then why spend out for something you don’t need? Changing the doors and handles of your kitchen gives it an entirely new and fresh feel, at a fraction of the cost.

How does the online ordering process work?

We keep the process as simple as possible. You measure up, place your order online, and we do the rest. You should have your new kitchen items in your home within 11-16 days. Have a look at our How To Guide page for full information, or give us a call with queries.

What if I make a mistake with my measurements or order, can I return or exchange?

Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your order up to 7 days prior to delivery; this only applies to orders that have not been adapted, made to measure or drilled for hinges. Get in touch with us urgently if you believe you have made a mistake, and our team will support you the best they can.
